Processing Time
All Trapped Out orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are fulfilled in the exact order they are received.
Please note: Due to high demand and limited drops, items may sell out before your order is fully processed.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation via email and/or SMS.
Billing & Shipping Address Policy
For fraud prevention and security purposes, the billing and shipping address must match.
Orders that do not meet this requirement may be delayed or cancelled by our automated fraud protection system.
Trapped Out reserves the right to refuse any order that appears fraudulent or high risk.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Trapped Out does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an error was made on our behalf.
We operate on limited drops and exclusive inventory. Once an item is sold, it is considered final sale.
If an order or item is cancelled before shipment, please allow 3–5 business days for funds to return to your original form of payment.
Trapped Out is not responsible for sizing errors made by customers. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
All Trapped Out shipments are insured.
Once a package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, Trapped Out is no longer responsible for the shipment.
In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit:
- The customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
