You can contact us via email. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line and your tracking number in the body along with your message.


If you do not receive an email from Traped Out Apparel within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please email

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

  1. The item(s) sold out.
  2. There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
  3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
  • If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be issued.

Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please be Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders! 


If an item is out of stock please sign up for "Traped Notifications" in the footer section of the home page. 


All Sales are FINAL. No returns will be accepted. We only accept exchanges of domestic orders if you were sent a faulty item or a wrong size.

You must contact us within 3 days of the date the order was delivered to you in order to be granted an exchange.

All items exchanged must be in new condition and in original packaging with no order to receive an exchange.



Yes. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen package(s) confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. A tracking number is provided with all orders once shipped. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for the lost or stolen package(s) that are at fault of the shipping carrier.

All orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Typically it takes 3-5 business days for you to recieve your order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
