Yes. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and custom fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen package(s) confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. A tracking number is provided with all orders once shipped. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item is lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for the lost or stolen package(s) that are at fault of the shipping carrier.

To keep your Trapped Out gear looking great wash after wash, please follow these instructions:

  • Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold.

  • Use gentle cycle.

  • Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.

  • Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and drip-dry for preservation and a long life.

  • If you use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat setting.

 

If an item is out of stock please sign up for "Traped Notifications" in the footer section of the home page. 

We will only consider exchanges for damages or defects, or if the wrong product(s) were shipped to you by mistake. 

All requests for an exchange must be made within 3 days after the package is received. The item MUST be in the same condition that it was received (unwashed and unworn). We CANNOT exchange the item if it has been worn, washed, or damaged.

If we authorize your exchange, we will contact you to confirm the details after we have received the package and have the new item(s) sent out.


 

All orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Typically it takes 3-5 business days for you to recieve your order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Traped Out Apparel within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

  1. The item(s) sold out.
  2. There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
  3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
  • If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be issued.

Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please be Don’t forget to check your spam and junk folders!
