We are not responsible for lost or stolen package(s) confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Please contact UPS to lcoate the package or to begin the claim process. (https://www.ups.com/us/en/support/file-a-claim.page)

To keep everything lookong good, please follow these instructions:

• Turn garment inside out. Machine wash cold.
  
  
• Use gentle cycle.
  
  
• Do not iron printed or embroidered areas.
  
  
• Avoid drying your garments in a dryer, as this type of drying can be damaging. Instead, lay flat and air dry.
  
  
• If you have to use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat setting. But we dont not recomend it.

No, all sales are final.

All orders take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Typically it takes no later then 4 business days for you to recieve your order. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from Traped Out Apparel within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder. Alternatively, the email address may have been spelled incorrectly.

There are several reasons why your order may have been cancelled:

1. The item(s) sold out.
2. There is a delay in replenishment for your item(s).
3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.

• If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.

Note: If your order is cancelled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be issued.

Once your order has been fulfilled a tracking number will be sent to the email address used to place the order. Please don't forget to check your spam or junk folder.
